First you have to decorate it's corners by colouring or drawing some on it after that make the content inside in it that you have to include.

First draw whatever u have 2 include then use some cotton and colour it 2 same as ur content then paste it on ur content

Most important thing is originality. Avoid using readymade things. Make something of your own. Keep the topic on which you are making the chart in the limelight. Use tables and bullets to make it more attractive and informative.
