I never heard anything against cleanliness... but some people have allergies with cleanliness.. those are not related with cleanliness directly ... like some have allergies from soaps, and over cleanliness makes the body immune system weak.

These points can be interpreted

1) Usually while Cleaning or any Cleanliness Drive , a lot of dust and Harmful effluents are given our that can harm us in a big way

2) Cleanliness also refers to Pest Control, hence while conducting this activity, various insects and creatures are released. Leading to noise pollution too

3) Being clean can help us , but the waste we release if it is not dealt properly it can harm our vicinity and everyone around us.

Usually Talking Against Cleanliness is Wrong , u will surely be defeated
But u can talk about The ways of Cleanliness. You can oppose them
These points are only applicable for Opposing the Ways of Maintaining Cleanliness,
