2. Don't try to remember again and again that " yeah ! iam so stressed man ! " , as ever thing depends on your brain .
3. If you feel like crying don't hold back your tears. let it flow for as much as you want . just like the clouds are lighter after it rains heavily .
4. Try involving in outdoor games .
5. Talk to someone , who understands your emotions and feelings , maybe your parents or siblings or any close friend .
6. don't try to isolate yourself , be social .

9. look at mirror give a kind smile to yourself . believe me u will fell in love with yourself because of that smile , and u won't let this lovely person be sad .
