eat healthy food dont do diet plz it will effect ur health do exercise and jogging at morning and drink water avoid junk food thats it ❤

Do exercise regularly, don't skip your breakfast saying that you are in diet, eat but only which healthy, avoid junk food, take breathing practice regularly, join in a dance class or any sports centre which you are interested, automatically you will loose your weight
