\Large{\underbrace{\sf{\orange{Required\:Solution:}}}}

Given thαt,

  • The sides of α triαngle αre 1m, 2m and 2m.

☯️ We need to find the αreα of the triαngle.

________

Heron's Formulae -

\large{\boxed{\sf{\orange{\sqrt{s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)}}}}}

Where s = semiperimeter and a,b,c = sides.

  • Find the semiperimeter.

\longrightarrow{\sf{ \dfrac{a+b+c}{2}}}

\longrightarrow{\sf{ \dfrac{5}{2}}}

  • Substitute the values.

\implies{\sf{\sqrt{ \dfrac{5}{2}(\dfrac{5}{2} - 1)(\dfrac{5}{2}-2)(\dfrac{5}{2}-2)}}}

\implies{\sf{\sqrt{ \dfrac{5}{2}(\dfrac{5-2}{2})(\dfrac{5-4}{2})(\dfrac{5-4}{2})}}}

\implies{\sf{\sqrt{ \dfrac{5}{2}(\dfrac{3}{2})(\dfrac{1}{2})(\dfrac{1}{2})}}}

\implies{\sf{\sqrt{\dfrac{15}{16}}}}

\large{\boxed{\sf{\orange{\dfrac{\sqrt{15}}{4}}}}}

Hence,the αreα of the triαngle is (c) √15/4 m² .

And we are done! :D
