2). It provides extra fuel on sudden throttle opening because of the accelerating pump provided.

3). At very low speed the, idling system controls inline the mixture strength thus no starting problem arises.

4). Change in atmospheric pressure and temperature does not affect the working of the solex Carburettor.

5). Change in altitude affects the change in density of air which is compensated by the altitude control provided.

6). It does not require resetting of the mixture strength when there is a change of season.

1). Simple carburettor provides proper mixture at only one specified engine speed and load thus it suits for engines running at constant speed and load.
