 \huge{ \mathfrak{here \: is \: answer}}

 \bf{ \frac{x}{5}   + 4 =  \frac{3}{2}}

to find

value of x

according to question

first L.H.S

 \frac{x}{5}  + 4

take LCM

and then add it

 \frac{ x + 4 \times 5}{5}

 \frac{x + 20}{5}

now we see both side

 \frac{ x + 20}{5}  =  \frac{3}{2}

here we can apply cross multiplication

2(x+20)=3(5)

2x+40=15

2x+40-15=0

2x+25=0

2x= -25

x= -25/2

x= -12.5
