Give one difference between native town and white town in Bombay in 19 century

The region where factories is located which represent the actual and symbolic pre-eminence of the British in term of their power as well as their cultural values and social practices were known as "white town".

Meanwhile,their Indian collaborates lived in the region which is separated from the factories by several kilometres were known as "black town".
