Inertia of rest: The ice cube which is kept on the table doesn't changes its state unless a force is applied.
Inertia of motion: The cycle will continue to move even if we have stopped pedaling it. unless a break force applied it won't come in rest state easily.
Inertia of direction: The striker in the carrom board will move through specified direction, it will change its direction when another coin will collide it.
Inertia of motion: The cycle will continue to move even if we have stopped pedaling it. unless a break force applied it won't come in rest state easily.

well it depends, for an exam or you want to understand?
a) This one is simple enough, any body at rest wants to remain at rest (not moving),unless compelled by unbalanced force . All it says is if a stone is sitting on your table, it won't just jump and hit your face (unless somebody picks it up and throw it at you, giving it required unbalanced force).
b) inertia of motion
this one is a little non intuitive, as it is against our general observations.
okay first the statement, A body moving with uniform speed will go on it that direction in that speed unless compelled by unbalanced force.
You might go, "hold on! that doesn't happen bruh, if I slide a book, it stops! You liar!".
But that's because it's almost impossible to create a frictionless surface on Earth, there is always these unbalanced force of friction and viscous drag in case of fluids to stop things.
that's all, otherwise things would go on for ever.
If you have watched gravity movie (spoiler alert) you know what I am talking about)
c) this one just says in you are going in one direction, you wanna go in that direction for ever.
To summarize
1) force is needed to make things go
2) to stop them
3) to change directions
things just don't do that on there own.
Now for exams go easy, don't write a textbook there.
just say
a) you feel backward jark(e in place of a but brainly thinns that's rude) when a bus starts, because you body wants to remain at rest, but you feet along with bus floor goes forward. Your muscle saves ya!
2) you feel a forward jark when bus stops,
cause you body wanna move forward but your feet stops!
3) guess what happens when the bus takes a rough turn!
hope it helps
