Answer:
(a/b )+(c/d)= (ad+bc)/bd
(a/b )-(c/d)= (ad-bc)/bd
(a/b )*(c/d)= ac/bd
(a/b )/(c/d)= ad/bc
now for above case if c=0 then ad/bc will become infinity.i.e. not a rational number.
