In fact one person in family in government service ,a rule is brought, people in every family will be assured of food at least one time in a day.I find in Chennai in roads&streets a lot beggars without food for the whole day go hungry . Nobody cares about this also.If this state continue and not addressed on top no.1 priority basis ,THE EDUCATED UNEMPLOYMENT & poverty also will continue for ever.

For example, a person may be educated but lost too much or gone through severe trauma so they are not able to return to their original self. I know highly educated women who are sitting at home, because their menfolk feel they should stay home for reasons best known to them.
