Growth of pollen tube proceeding ovule is example of chemotropism.

Explanation:

The process or the movement of the plant in which the plant moves towards the chemical stimuli is called as chemotropism.

Carpel is flowers female reproductive section and it has a part called stigma which receives pollen grain. As soon as the stigma gets matured it secretes a substance of chemical into style. The pollen grain present on the stigma in response to the chemical secreted by the stigma, initiates the development of tube like structure called pollen tube. Pollen tube elongates till ovary where it leads to fertilization.
