Agriculture sector in rural areas- when 10 members of a farmer family employed on small farm plot when 5 are enough. Those extra 5 members are actually unemployed rather than being employed.

service sector in urban areas : if in a family all ten members working in a shop or small family business when 5 are enough to work efficiently then those extra five members are actually unemployed
