Anything that isn't changing magnitude or direction is NOT accelerating. In other words, objects moving in a straight line at constant speed OR an object standing perfectly still. Examples: A sofa in a living room, a car moving at a constant 100 kph, you at a computer not moving or rotating

A car travelling in a straight road increases its speed by unequal amounts in equal intervals of time.
