Give one example when during a journey acceleration is finite but velocity is zero.

when you throw a ball vertically upward at a point where that ball stop, at that point the acceleration due to the gravity is acted on that ball to bring it back that is of 9.8 M per second square.

so we can say that at that particular point the ball has the velocity is zero and the acceleration is finite..
