Give one good point and one bad point about drawing a map ‘not to scale’.

A map to scale allows you to more accurately gauge proper distances and to correctly plot where you are in relationship to other things on the map.

A map with no scaling will make things appear farther or closer than they actually are. You would have no idea how long it would take to travel from one point to another.
