Both 'Aerobic and Anaerobic' uses glycolysis for the production of ATP. The energy is generated by the breakage of glucose. They produce byproducts. The presence of oxygen is the respiration for Aerobic respiration
In Anaerobic inspiration there is no need of presence of oxygen. In Aerobic inspiration carbon dioxide and water are the end products. Carbon dioxide as well as Ethanol are the ‘end products’ of Anaerobic respiration.
