At room temperature (anywhere from zero degree centigrade to 100 degrees centigrade), water is found in a liquidstate. This is because of the tiny, weak hydrogen bonds which, in their billions, hold water molecules together for small fractions of a second.

Hi there,
Room temperature Is assumed as 25 degrees Celsius..As water exists in room temperature in liquid state Because Boiling point of water is 100 C and Freezing is 0 C and water at mid Means at Room temperature lies in between both thus It's state is liquid in Room Temperature..
Hope this helps
