Universal Adult Franchise is exercised in a democratic country.
It implies that every person who is above the age of eighteen( that is, an adult ), and of any caste, religion, sex, or creed, has the right to elect his/her own representatives.
This is a basic right of any and every Indian, and it is an inclusive policy.

above 18 years old people can vote he/she without any discrimination of cast , religion , sex etc
