  1. People marching in groups for a common cause is considered as Protest or Political Demonstration.

Protest is form of expressing the discontent by the people towards the unjust in the society. It can take the form of mass demonstration when the wide population joins it showing the objection or dissent towards an idea which is driven by political means.

2. An institutionn which runs the administration of the country and takes policy decisions is known as Government.

Government is an institution in any country which establishes the rules, regulations and laws by the help of majority votes in the Parliament. It is an organized community of people following the same ideology of public welfare.

3. Women Activities who agitated for winning Right to vote is known as Women Suffrage Movement.

Women Suffrage Movement was formed in 1848 as the organisation against the gender biasness in USA. Unlike India, USA didn't maintain the provision of Right to Vote on the basis of Universal Adult Suffrage. They establishes voting on the basis of Gender. Only Men were allowed to vote and women were not given this opportunity.

That's why this movement came into existence and later USA Government approve this demand.
