Answer:

Duodenum:

The duodenum is the first segment of the small intestine. It's largely responsible for the continuous breaking-down process. The jejunum and ileum lower in the intestine are mainly responsible for absorption of nutrients into the bloodstream.

Liver:

The liver regulates most chemical levels in the blood and excretes a product called bile. This helps carry away waste products from the liver. All the blood leaving the stomach and intestines passes through the liver.

Gall bladder:

The gallbladder stores bile produced by the liver. After meals, the gallbladder is empty and flat, like a deflated balloon. Before a meal, the gallbladder may be full of bile and about the size of a small pear.

Bile:

Bile is a fluid that is made and released by the liver and stored in the gallbladder. Bile helps with digestion. It breaks down fats into fatty acids, which can be taken into the body by the digestive tract.
