UN is non-democratic somewhere is given below:

1.There are 15 members in UN in total in which 5 are permanent and 10 are non-permanent. This shows that the main power lies with the permanent members because they have the authority to change the other 10 members.

2. They have a VETO power. If 4 members out of 5 members agree with a statement but 1 out of 5 members do not agree with the same statement then that statement is considered as to be denied. this shows that majority and minority has nothing to do with this every ones positive response is necessary.
