2.Equitorial region has a high average temperature because it's on the equator and experiences hot weather in summers and cold weather in winter so there's a huge temperature difference.

3.Climate is the record of last 10 years average weather...and weather is everyday temperature conditions..Predicting every day's weather is therefore difficult but keeping the record of daily weather conditions can help to predict climate of an area.
