GIVE REASON
A) A BODY CAN HAVE 0 AVERAGE VELOCITY BUT NOT 0 AVERAGE SPEED. JUSTIFY BY GIVING EXAMPLE.....

Look,

As you know, displacement can be 0 but distance can't be 0.

Now,

Avg. Velocity = Ratio of displacement and time interval.

=> As displacement can be 0, so avg. Velocity can be 0.

And similarly, distance can never be 0..

And avg. speed = ratio of distance by time interval.

As distance can't be 0 hence, avg. Speed also can't be 0.

Hello!!!

As we know,

Average speed= total distance/ total time

where as,

AVERAGE Velocity = total Displacement/ time

and we know displacement can be zero.If a body covers a circular path.It is possible.
