When cold hard water is poured into tube its gets evaporated and forms steam whereas the soild impurities incapable of changing into steam get deposited in inner walls of the tube..

Bioler scale is caused due to impurities. the water contaminants that can form boilers deposits include calcium, magnesium,iron, almunium. the scale is tormed by salts that have limited solubility
