A society without any kind of exploitation is one of the important aim of constitution. A healthy society should be free of various kinds of exploitations like- human trafficking, child labour, forced labour without wages.

Right against exploitation is to ensure dignity and Liberty of an individual. It is provided under article 23 and 24.

The supreme law of India is the constitution of India. It indicates rights, principle and duties of the governmental body and those of normal citizens.
