Reason for physical change :

Natural copper sulfate is blue in color due to the presence of moisture in it. Upon heating it loses the water and becomes pure white in color. So this indicate a physical change.

Reason for chemical change :

Natural copper sulfate contain water. The chemical formula is CuSO₄.5H₂O

Upon heating copper sulfate loses its water content and becomes CuSO₄

Since a change in its structural formula occurs, hence this indicate a chemical change.
