Give reason as to why national assembly form by the people of the third state?

National Assembly was formed to represent the third estate. Third estate wanted to vote individually and not together in the meeting of the estate general(three estates meeting). The third estate suffered a lot as it paid many taxes and even did not get the required wages and had no bread to eat as it was expensive.National Assembly formed helped the third estate to express their views or perspectives freely. This gave the third estate to take part in the elections and could also take part as a candidate.
