yes , bacteria belongs to a prokaryotic organism because a prokaryotic organism does not have an well defined nucleus. nuclear membrane. bacteria is one of the prokaryotic organism. prokaryotic organism like bacteria doesnot have centroid in its cell. their cell division takes place through mitosis.
hence bacteria is considered among them.
