if the tube is blocked the sperms will not fertilize the egg

and the women will not get pregnant

This is because, the ovums are not able to move to uterus and sperms also cannot move to ovum to fertilise.So , even though copulation occurs, fertilisation does not take place. So zygote is not formed. And there is no pregnancy...
This process is also called "TUBECTOMY"...
