It is because of collenchyma tissue as it has a property of flexibility and shock absorbing capacity due to deposition of pectin which doesn't allow breaking of branch.

Answer IS BECAUSE OF COLLENCHYMA CELLS.COLLENCHYMA IS A VERY FLEXIBLE TISSUE .IT ALSO PROVIDE ELASTICITY TO PLANT CAUSING TO BEND WHEN THE WIND VELOCITY IS HIGH WITHOUT BREAKING THE BRANCH.
