When we sit under a fan then the sweat on our skin gets evaporated because fan blows air above the sweat and rate of evaporation increases.
And, evaporation of sweat causes cooling effect and what do we need in summer? We want to feel more and more cool and as evaporation causes cooling and evaporation is increased by fan so it makes us feel comfortable to sit under a fan in summer.
