If the curd is being set in to the iron set or any iron utensil, the same thing will cause food poisoning as they can not be the suitable choice for setting up of the curd.
Things are like, it is more important to do the setting of curd in other utensils like steel or copper or aluminum because this will give more goodness and richness to the curd.

Curd contains acid.
Since, acid reacts with iron container and thus produces harmful chemicals which can harm it.
Thus, we can't keep curd in iron containers
