Rajia Surutana) is a former bounty hunter, and currently a Dark Mage and member of the Dark Guild Dragon Soul, having joined shortly after encountering and losing to its Guild Master, Genghis Breningoch, in an attempt to gain his bounty. Having been mesmerized by his power, as well as feeling a strong affection towards him, she joined Dragon Soul, but is believed to do so only to betray Genghis and later recieve a reward, despite Genghis showing no concern towards such rumours.
She is a Third Generation Fire Dragon Slayer Magic, having learned her Magic from her foster father, Jinn, and has later become known as Kasha (火車, Burning Chariot), for her signature element, as well as her swordsmanship style. Razia is heavily disliked by many due to her overly confident, and arrogant nature, even referring to herself as Queen (女王, Joō), as a sign of authority and power.
