Noble gases show least reactivity because as their octet is already completed.
The valence shell is filled upto the electrons of maximum capacity so they neither require to gain or lose electrons and any chemical reaction requires the involvement of valence shell.

Noble gasses are very less reactive as their are no valance electrons. To react they should have valancy ( COMBINING CAPACITY) but their octate orbit are complete with electrons so they usually don't react
