Give reason for the following
(a) Electrical wires cannot be made out of sulphur.
Why?
(b) Copper cannot displace zinc from its salt
solution. Why?

A) The answer is quite straight forward as sulphur is a non metal which means it don't conduct electricity and that is because of the covalent bond too..

B) Copper cannot displace zinc from its salt solution because zinc is more reactive than copper. More reactive metal displaces less reactive metal from its salt solution.
