give reason for the following: (i) 40/18 Ar and 40/20 ca are called isobars. (ii)' He' and 'Ne' have a zero valency. (iii) an atom is neutral . (iv) neutral is positively charged .(v) isotopes have similar chemical properties.

(1) bcoz both have same atomic mass...so Ar and Ca are called isobar.
(2) He have 2 electron in outermost orbit
so he have zero valency
etronic confeguretion of ne 2,8,2 his outermost orbit is completely filled....so ne have zero valency....
