Give reason for the following observation the smell of hot sizzling food reaches us even from a considerable distance but to get the smell from clod food ,we have to go close to it .

The hot food possesses kinetic energy which travels to our nose via d air medium.It shows faster rate of diffusion than cold food.

Whereas cold food lacks in kinetic energy so uts smell would not diffuse faster.
