The boling point of ethanol is higher than methoxymethane.
This is because of the presence of strong intermolecular hydrogen bonding between ethanol molecules. Because of hydrogen bonding, energy has to be supplied to overcome the forces of attraction between molecules and therefore, boiling point is high.
However, no such hydrogen bonding exists in methoxymethane.
