Brazil is a South American country that is present on the eastern part of the continent and has the Atlantic Ocean bordering on the eastern side.
There are 7 major rivers and 5coastal minor river basins in Brazil and they all flow mostly towards the eastern side .They start from the Andes Mountains present on the west of South America and flow towards the East and join the Atlantic Ocean.
So, all the rivers in Brazil flow from the west (from the Andes) only towards the East into the Atlantic Ocean.
