If the golgi apparatus is removed from the cell there the secretion activities of a cell would cease to happen and the plasma membrane would be affected because it needs to be able to grow bigger for cell division.

In the absence of golgi apparatus the cells will not be able to synthesize something new completely as packaging is done by Golgi apparatus. So no secretions would happen.
