Give reason :- i ) Rainwater conducts electricity but distilled water does not. ii ) The crystals of washing soda change to white powder on exposure to air.

As distilled water deprive of ions it can not conduct electricity and rain water consist of ions so it can 

b) washing soda loose nine molecules of water of crystallization when exposed in air to form a monohydrate which is a white powder.
