Give reason It is easier to cut with a sharp knife than a blant knife why

एक तेज चाकू वस्तुओं को बेहतर बनाता है क्योंकि इसकी पतली धार के कारण, हमारे हाथ की ताकत वस्तु के बहुत छोटे क्षेत्र पर पड़ती है जिससे बड़े दबाव पैदा होते हैं। और यह बड़ा दबाव आसानी से वस्तु को काटता है। दूसरी तरफ, एक ब्लंट चाकू का मोटा किनारा होता है।


 A sharp knife cuts objects better because due to its very thin edge, the force of our hand falls over very small area of the object producing a large pressure. And this large pressure cuts the object easily. On the other hand, a blunt knife has a thicker edge.

As u know that pressure on a surface defends on the force applied and area of contact so when we cut with a blunt knife the area of contact decreases and we would apply more force and in a sharp knife the area of contact is more and thus pressure is less and helps in smooth cutting
