Give reason , kerosene burns in a cooking stove to give blue flame while it gave yellow flame when burnt in Lantern?

In kerosene lamp yellow flame is produced due to partial combustion of kerosene. Partial combustion is due to lack of oxygen for burning. But in wick - stove kerosene burns with blue flame. Because in kerosene wick stove a perforated cylinder is placed around the burning wicks
