Answer:

Muhammad of Ghor or commonly known as Muhammad Ghori of Ghurid Dynasty was the founder of the Muslim rule in India. ... After Muhammed Ghori's death in 1206 (as per available sources he was assassinated in Sohawa (Pakistan)) Qutub-ud-din Aibak became the ruler of Delhi establishing Delhi Sultanate.

Ibrahim Lodi was not as good a warrior and statesman as his father was and he was very insecure as a result of which he tried to completely change his nobility to bring in new and loyal people. He also treated his nobles like his servants as a result of which the nobles started plotting against him. Daulat Khan Lodi and Alam Khan lodi two of his nobles are said to have invited Babur to India to take control of India. Plus after successively winning and losing Farghana in central Asia he was reduced to ruling Kabul which did not earn much to pay for his army and other expenses. So now he looked towards India a a territory which he could call his own. Also Rana Sanga was also keen on having Babur in India so he can take care of Lodi and Mewar remains the strongest empires in India.

But this proved to be wrong.

Explanation:

Rana Kumbha was the vanguard of the fifteenth century Rajput resurgence. He resisted Mewar in an age when several Indian kings like Kapilendradeva of east India, Deva Raya II of south India and Man Singh Tomar of central India resisted the Turkic invaders in different parts of India; and founded the city of Kumbhalgarh and build a number of forts at Mewar.[1]:116–117
