Give reason : Mosquitoes can be controlled by preventing stagnation of water though
they do not live in water. Why?

Mosquitos can be controlled by preventing stagnation of water though they don't live in water because mosquitos lay their eggs in stagnated water, they get most nutrients after hatching from water and then they spread diseases like dengue , malaria , chikungunya etc.
