yes, the hydrochloric acid does not damages the stomach wall becoz..this acid is very useful for digestion nd to kill the gems which entered with food ..this acid is secreted by gastric gland which is present in the stomach..!!

The hydrochloric acid present in the wall of the stomach helps to engulf germs and foreign bodies which cause harm to our body.It does not cause damage to the stomach wall as the wall is adapted well to hold this type of strong acid.
