over watering of potted plants should be avoided​ because water is liquid and runs away very fast and it's limited also as well as mud or soil needs some time to absorb it so excessive water runs away through the porous pot so always remember that plants are very sensitive and they react over each and every change of environment if u will pour more water to them they will die
