Give reason planation of tje same crop in the field over and over should be avoided

the plantation of same crop in the field over and over shoul be avoided because same crops use up the same nutrients from the field again and again. So this way the same nutrients get used up again and again and field gets short of those nutrients to grow any other ( or same kind of plant even )
