Presence of membrane bound cell organelles in multicellular Organism – Reason:

The presence of membrane bound cell organelles in multicellular organism such as eukaryotes is highly advantages feature to the organism. It is because, as they are multicellular in nature, they have many functions to be performed.

For this reason each and every membrane organelles present in the cells are unique to certain functions. For instance, ribosomes are involved in protein synthesis, mitochondrion is involved in energy synthesis, lysosomes are involved in digestion etc.

The presence of different types of membrane bound organelles makes the complex function an easier one and thus facilitates smooth functioning of the cells.
